Correction: Ticketmaster Uses Buddy Media

Citing a new report from Forrester Research (“Traditional Paid Media Must Fuel Earned Media Efforts”), a story published in Oct. 19 in Online Media Daily (“WOM Explodes Thanks To Social Media”) reported that American Express uses Buddy Media to scale and track brand engagement programs. Online Media Daily has since received a correction from a Forrester spokesman, who explained: “It appears this was published in error … The report should read Ticketmaster uses Buddy Media, notAmerican Express.”
