Keiler has named Lynn Taylor as president and chief executive officer. The full-service advertising and marketing agency gives Taylor a majority interest in the firm, one of the biggest woman-owned agencies in New England. Keiler's client roster includes Lockheed Martin, Deloitte, SimplexGrinnell, Stanley Black & Decker, and the WNBA Connecticut Sun.

Taylor, a longtime agency vet, had been a managing partner. Before Keiler, she spent several years at DDB Needham Worldwide, where she worked on CIGNA, IBM, Clairol, Seagram's and Procter & Gamble.    

Keiler also announced that Bill Smith, a managing partner, has become chairman.
