Chrysler has tapped Georgette Borrego Dulworth as Director of Talent Acquisition and Global Diversity, Chrysler Group LLC. She joins Chrysler Group from Cobasys LLC, where she served as General Counsel.

At Chrysler Group, Dulworth is responsible for overall recruitment of top talent and the management of corporate hiring practices for salaried and hourly personnel. She will also lead Chrysler Group's diversity office. The hiring follows Chrysler's establishment of  its Global Diversity Council this year, which includes Dulworth and members of Chrysler Group's senior management.

Dulworth is a member of the Board of Directors of the Detroit Regional Chamber and is the Committee Chair of the Hispanic community-based program Boys Hope Girls Hope-Detroit. She is also the founding Chairperson of the Centro Mexicano de Michigan.
