Rossman Named EVP, GM of Digitas NY

Digitas Inc. announced on Wednesday that Jim Rossman has been promoted to Executive Vice President, General Manager of Digitas, New York. Since 2000, Rossman has managed Digitas' 300-person New York office as Senior Vice President, General Manager. His responsibilities have included overseeing staffing, finance, and administrative operations. He also works with core clients to better integrate Digitas capabilities in addition to guiding the region's new business efforts. He will continue to work on American Express on select issues of cross-channel marketing activity. Prior to joining Digitas, Rossman was at Wunderman Cato Johnson, Young & Rubicam's direct marketing division, serving as Executive Vice President, Director of Business Strategy. His responsibilities included leading global client relationships for Citigroup, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Sony, in addition to overseeing new business development and agency financial management.

Digitas also announced that Glenn Engler and Steve Lynch of Digitas Boston have also been promoted to Executive Vice Presidents. Prior to being named EVP, Engler was Relationship Manager of Pontiac-GMC. Lynch was previously Creative Director on such accounts as FedEx and Bank of America. Digitas also promoted two to Senior Vice President: Dan Beder and Heather Hartford.
