The April 13 premiere of Bravo's "Inside the Actors Studio," featuring John Travolta, scored the second highest overall household rating and generated the third highest rating in the adults 25-54 demographic for the series this season. This year's new episodes of "Inside the Actors Studio" have continued to outperform the previous seasons' in the adults 25-54 demographic. Sunday's episode delivered 287 thousand adults 25-54 and averaged a 0.67 household rating. This follows the success of the February premiere featuring the cast of "The Simpsons" and the March premiere featuring Renee Zellweger, the top two episodes in the demographic this season. "The Simpsons" episode, which aired around the 300th episode on Fox, marked the first time the full Simpsons cast has sat for a single interview and the Renee Zellweger episode premiered during the height of Oscar season. Additionally, the two episodes of "Kingpin Uncut" on Friday nights scored increases of 44% and 161% respectively in the adults 25-54 demographic, against the season-to-date time period average. The 'uncut' version of NBC's acclaimed series, which contains alternate scenes with explicit adult themes, language and nudity, increased its adults 25-54 by 96 thousand viewers from its first hour to its second.
