Viewpoint Corporation has recently signed an enterprise license agreement with a leader in the online greetings category to enhance current products and develop new ones. The agreement provides for payments of several hundred thousand dollars in licensing fees plus additional services fees and an ongoing revenue share with respect to new products. "This is an exciting market for us" said Bob Rice, CEO of Viewpoint. "It is a major driver of web usage and views, and should therefore drive significant penetration for us in addition to generating meaningful current and future revenues."
