These clients are seeing an increase in response rates as a result of Yesmail's leading personalization technology. During 2002, according to Opt-In News, B2C email marketing response rates declined 33%from 2001. Over the same period of time, Yesmail B2C retention clients experienced a 20% increase in response rates. In addition, Yesmails B2B retention clients experienced a 38% increase in response rates from 2001, while the industry's response rates dropped 12%.
