B&O Plays With New Brand

High-end audio electronics manufacturer Bang & Olufsen is launching a new brand of portable audio products targeted at younger consumers.

The B&O Play brand will focus on stand-alone products and clear and simple operation, as opposed to the integrated home installations for which the parent brand is known. According to the company, the products will be easy-to-use and easily integrated into people’s daily lives. The price-points for the products, which will be available in Bang & Olufsen showrooms, select U.S, Apple stores and online, will also be more accessible than typical Bang & Olufsen products.

This collection of high-end, high-performing audio-video products will be available at Bang & Olufsen showrooms around the world, select Apple stores in U.S. and Europe, and from a new branded online store – store.beoplay.com (in Europe) and shopbangolufsen.com (in United States).
