Hearst Magazines and HGTV, partners in HGTV Magazine, said the new home lifestyle publication will officially launch with a June/July issue, available on newsstands in mid-May, followed by three more issues in 2012. Dan Fuchs, associate publisher of O, The Oprah Magazine since 2004, has been named publisher and chief revenue officer of HGTV Magazine. Starting with the June/July issue, the magazine’s rate base will be 450,000, making it one of the largest consumer magazine launches of the past decade.
