Pro wresting marketing organization WWE has tapped Brian Flinn as SVP, marketing. Flinn, previously a senior executive at the National Basketball Association, will report to WWE Chief Marketing Officer Michelle D. Wilson. In this role, he will be responsible for providing strategic direction for WWE's branding and promotions, database marketing, pay-per-view events, affiliate marketing and consumer insights.
Flinn was previously the SVP of Marketing at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he oversaw the league’s marketing, internal communications and research groups. Flinn was involved in the development of the award-winning “Where amazing happens” campaign.
