AT&T Plus Gets Personal

AT&T has a new loyalty program called AT&T Plus, a free service, though only available in Houston, Colorado and Minneapolis. It lets customers get a "personalized customer experience." Among other things, it means access to a 1-855-ATTPLUS customer service line. AT&T Plus users also get a 25% discount on accessories and waived activation and upgrade fees.
