Pulitzer Inc. subsidiary Newspapers Inc. has purchased HomeChoice Magazine, a monthly free-distribution real estate magazine, from publisher Phyllis Rice. The title is distributed to 20,000 consumers
throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County. Newspapers Inc. also owns The Daily Herald and seven other weekly papers in Utah County.
