Travora Media Acquires Nile Project

Travora Media, which is comprised of hundreds of travel style sites and mobile apps, acquired The Nile Project, (Nile Media), which includes three travel sites: NileGuide, 10Best and Localyte, as well as mobile apps. All are focused on providing local expertise to travelers. Nile Media claims more than 1 million unique visitors each month. Terms of the acquisition were not released.
