MSNBC Redesigns Website

  • December 15, 2003
MSNBC.com has redesigned its website, adding new features and making the site more user-friendly. The new site provides users one-click access to more sections on the site. An expanded left hand navigation bar allows users to click on a section button, which expands the menu bar to show subsections. For example, users clicking on the business navigation will see a list of all the business subsections. NBC News programs are now highlighted in the navigation bar to give users access to programs including NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw and the Today show. MSNBC's new search tool offers topic, section and popular queries in its advanced search in addition to the top ten most popular queries on the site.
