Hess Heads Spark's Human Intelligence, Research

Spark, a unit of Publicis Groupe’s Starcom MediaVest Group, has hired Scott Hess to the new post of senior vice president/human intelligence and research, effective May 28. He is tasked with boosting the “emotional relevance and effectiveness of Spark’s research practice” and media plans. Hess was previously vice president of insights at WPP’s TRU, a market research firm focused on youth. He will be based in Chicago and report to Spark CEO Chris Booth.
