The NBA Development League will hold a second annual set of Boost Mobile-branded NBA D-League National Tryouts in Los Angeles. The Boost Mobile NBA D-League National Tryouts will mine for NBA D-League hopefuls. The events are full-court games where participants to show off their skills before NBA D-League player personnel executives, coaches and industry scouts. The goal is eligibility for November’s NBA D-League Draft.

Of the players who participated in the 2011 National Tryout, 18 players were selected in the 2011 NBA D-League Draft, while 15 prospects spent time on NBA D-League rosters during the 2011-12 season. As title partner of the NBA D-League Tryouts, Boost Mobile will host a special Chalk Talk featuring an NBA legend prior to the start of each event.
