LA Ads Wins 2012 Telly Award

LA ads, a Northridge-based marketing agency, won a 2012 Telly Award for “Excellence in Local TV Campaign, Business-to-Consumer.” The award came from LA ads’ work on a commercial campaign for its client, Rose Hills Memorial Park and Mortuaries.

“We’re proud and excited to have these commercials recognized by the advertising community,” said agency president and creative director Dan Katz in a statement. “It’s especially gratifying because funeral care is a difficult category to begin with.”

The Telly Awards honor “outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs.” A panel of over 500 previous Telly Award winners judges the competition.
