RR Donnelley, Moore Wallace Merge Into Publishing Giant

Two of the nation's largest print services companies RR Donnelley and Moore Wallace Inc. Sunday said agreed to merge into the world's largest full-service commercial printer. The combined company, with annual revenues of $8 billion will dominate commercial printing fields including magazine and yellow pages publishing, direct mail and print fulfillment services. The merged company will be called RR Donnelly. Mark Angelson, CEO of Moore Wallace will become CEO of the new RR Donnelly, succeeding William Davis who plans to retire.
