FindWhat.com and Thomas Global Register have established a joint venture, ThomasB2B.com LLC, which will power a marketplace listings service using FindWhat.com's private label service. Under the terms
of the agreement, FindWhat.com will provide technology and other support services to ThomasB2B.com's worldwide online paid listings service. Thomas Global Register will provide directory content,
sales and sales support to ThomasB2B.com. Pricing will be a bid-for-position model.
