Yellow Pages Group Taps Research Czar, Expands Ad Marketing Initiative

As part of its ongoing bid to win the hearts and minds of Madison Avenue, the Yellow Pages trade group Tuesday established a new research post to develop marketing analyses intended to convince advertisers and agencies to incorporate more directories into their mix. The Yellow Pages Integrated Media Association named Larry Small, a partner with Boulder, Colo.,-based marketing and sales analysis research firm CRM Associates, as the association's director of research.
