In a Sept. 25 Media Daily News story entitled "Resend: Postal Service Begins RFP Review," it was incorrectly reported that a creative agency review was the first (and ongoing) of a series of new reviews the governmental agency is planning to conduct among its advertising and marketing service providers. In fact, a media review is the first of the planned evaluations and an RFP has just been issued for that review, a rep for the Postal Service confirmed. She also said that the media incumbent, Campbell-Ewald, is participating in the process. Earlier, a different Postal Service rep mistakenly told MediaPost that the media RFP had not yet been issued.
