Email As a Service Not As Easy As It Sounds

Running enterprise email in the cloud - called Email as a Service or EaaS - is gaining momentum, particularly in government agencies owing to the administration's Cloud First policy. But migrating to a could-based email system is proving challenging, complicated by identity management systems, calendar, address book and other collaboration technologies, mobile and at-home email access for employees, as well as trade agreements and politics.
