Spam Traffic Falls 25%, Malware Increases

According to Info Marketing Experts.com, spam mail traffic has fallen by just over 25%.  The main reason appears to be big improvements in technology and filtering systems. Global spam traffic has dropped by just over 25% in the last 2 years, per a Symantec report. The most significant factor in the drop has been the rise of new cloud-based mail clients, such as Gmail. Malicious malware and Web sites have seen an increase of 10% following the drop in spam traffic according to Info Marketing Experts.
