TargetSpot, a large digital audio advertising network that creates rich media campaigns, has named Mitch Kline as its new vice president of radio sales. He leads its Internet radio advertising sales initiatives focused on broadcast budgets. Most recently, he was executive vice president and director of sales for Univision Radio. TargetSpot has more than 85 distribution partners, including CBS Radio, ABC News Radio, Univision, Entercom and Slacker.
