CBS resumed its winning ways on Thursday, leading all networks in the key 18-49 demographics -- getting the best of two big reality TV singing shows.

CBS' still-strong "Big Bang Theory" scoring a Nielsen preliminary 5.0 rating/15 share. The show was down a bit from a 5.2 rating the week before. Along with "Theory," CBS' "Two and a Half Men" brought on a heftier 4.0/11 at 8:30 p.m., in part helped by the big "Theory" lead-in.

Both were able to top a special Thursday episode of NBC's "The Voice," which pulled in a 3.0/9 and Fox's "X Factor," which tallied a 2.3/6.

CBS had a 3.2/9 average among 18-49ers on the night, followed by Fox at a 2.4/6. ABC was next a 2.2/6;  NBC, a  2.1/6; Univision, a 1.4/4; and a CW,  a 1.1/3.

The week before, ABC led all networks with a top-rated "The 46th CMA Awards." This time around, ABC was able to maintain the levels of its original programming versus previous originals -- "The Last Resort" at 1.4/4; "Grey's Anatomy" 3.2/8; and "Scandal" with 2.0/5.

Fox's "X Factor" 2.3 rating was the same versus the week before, with "Glee" down a bit to a 2.4/6.

NBC -- subject to some pre-emptions due to carrying a NFL game in some markets -- witnessed "X Factor" with a 3.0/9, its lowest numbers ever. "The Office" picked up over half a rating point to a 2.5/7.

CW's "The Vampire Diaries" earned a 1.4/4 among 18-49 viewers, down one-tenth from the week before, while "Beauty And The Beast" registered a 0.7/1, up one-tenth from the previous week.
