Eyeblaster on Tuesday promoted Samantha Voisin to director, business development-Western Region. Voisin has served as business development manager since she joined the rich media company more than a
year ago from Initiative Media. She replaces Chip Russo, who left Eyeblaster to form West Coast sales operations for rival PointRoll. Voisin has worked closely with entertainment, film, and TV
clients and will oversee all West Coast activities, including the San Francisco office. She reports to Bobbie Halfin, vice president-North American sales.
