NYT: TD Bank Adds Human Touch In Campaign

For its new campaign, TD Bank is trading the celebrity endorsement of Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa for an approach reflecting its slogan as “America’s Most Convenient Bank,” reports the New York Times. The campaign, called “Bank Human Again,” began on Monday and features television commercials that portray the customer experience at other banks as cold and impersonal and the buildings they are housed in as gray, stony and devoid of employees.
