Mercury Media Acquires iMarketing

Mercury Media, a full-service direct-response television media agency, has acquired iMarketing, a digital agency, creating the largest independent online and offline performance marketing agency in the U.S., it says. Mercury Media  will now offer fully integrated cross-channel media and marketing solutions to cost-effectively drive sales, customer acquisition and lead generation for its clients. iMarketing generates more than $30 million of billings annually, from clients such as Dow Jones, eDiets, Hoveround, Premier Care, Yahoo and Barclays.
