Guardian Columnist Back On Twitter After Furore

Suzanne Moore has temporarily returned to Twitter. The Guardian columnist had quit the social networking site after she was criticised for arguing in an essay that society urged women to look like "Brazilian transsexuals". Moore has asked people to "please read for yourselves" both the original essay - republished in the New Statesman - and her post forThe Guardian about why criticism of her use of language was "irrelevant" to the wider social picture.
