Bortman Named Latin American GM For Celltick

Celltick Technologies, specializing in mobile-initiated commerce, named Fernando Bortman as general manager of Central and Latin America. Prior to joining Celltick, Bortman was the vice president and customer business executive of the Caribbean and Latin America Division at Amdocs.
