Rich media technology provider Unicast announced Monday the addition of BURST! Media, Electronic Arts (EA), Hollywood.com, and WWE to its list of entertainment-based publishers now selling the video
commercial ad format. The video commercial format allows advertisers to create TV-quality ads along with interactive features, tracking, and targeting.
Entertainment-related advertisers were
among the earliest adopters of the video commercial format, which was introduced in January. The format plays video at 28 to 30 frames per second. Unicast confirmed that the new signings will add the
video commercial to their advertising rate cards.
