NBCUniversal is reshuffling senior executives and responsibilities.

In a memo to NBCUniversal staffers, Steve Burke, president and chief executive officer of NBCUniversal, said Bonnie Hammer, chairman of NBC Cable Entertainment and Cable Studios, will be running the new Cable Entertainment Group -- adding networks Bravo, Oxygen, Sprout, Style, and TV One.

Hammer had been overseeing USA Network, Syfy, E!, G4, Cloo, Chiller, Universal HD, Universal Cable Productions and Wilshire Studios.

Burke says "with these additions, the newly formed Cable Entertainment Group will represent approximately 50% of the company’s operating cash flow."

Lauren Zalaznick -- chairman, entertainment and digital networks and integrated media of NBCUniversal, who had previously overseen various networks including Bravo, Oxygen and Style -- is now focusing on "innovation, digital, monetization and emerging technology," says Burke. She will have the title of executive vice president, NBCUniversal.

Former Univision Communications and media agency OMD senior executive Joe Uva will be running Telemundo and mun2, with the title chairman of Hispanic Enterprises and Content of NBCUniversal. Uva had been president and CEO of Univision.

All three will report to Burke.

Last July, Burke consolidated NBC News, MSNBC and CNBC under the NBC News Group overseen by Pat Fili-Krushel, chairman of NBCUniversal News Group. NBC Sports, NBC Olympics, NBC Sports Network and Golf Channel were similarly put under the NBC Sports Group umbrella in 2011, with Mark Lazarus, chairman of the NBC Sports Group.
