Glamour is launching a month-long series of Google Hangouts featuring staffers, online personalities — and products, reports Mashable. The aim is to help publishers monetize their material. Most are sponsored by a company, whose products are featured in the content. In a Hangout for Suave, for example, DIY blogger Erica Domesek illustrates how to make hair accessories for hair done by Suave stylists. There is also a L'Oreal-sponsored Hangout with Glamour stylist Annabel Tollman will show viewers how to wear ombré hair, colored by Loreal's Féria Wild Ombré product.
