Monster Selects directDeutsch

Monster, the online careers Web site, has selected as its direct agency of record. After a four-month review, Deutsch's direct division will be responsible for Monster's CRM initiatives. General and interactive duties were awarded to Deutsch and iDeutsch in July 2003. Billings were undisclosed.

"directDeutsch demonstrated a deep understanding of our direct marketing model and a market strategy to help us continue to expand our business locally and nationally," said Steve Pogorzelski, president of Monster, North America in a statement. "We look forward to working with the directDeutsch team on all of our direct marketing initiatives and strengthening our leadership position in key markets nationwide."

Fred Rubin, partner and director of iDeutsch and directDeutsch, added, "We're delighted to partner with Monster to help them achieve their business-to-business, lead generation objectives."
