StepLeader Raises $4M

StepLeader, which specializes in mobile app development and ad sales for local media and college sports, has raised $4.4 million, reports NetNewscheck. River Cities Capital Fund leads the investment round, with additional financing provided by Bull City Venture Partners. Financing will be used to increase the engineering, advertising sales and business development teams.
