Upfront Digital Media, the new subsidiary of Legolas Media, has announced additions to its senior leadership team. Ayme Yaiser joins the new programmatic direct media platform as vice president of marketing. Hava Kelman has also joined the company as vice president of business development.

According to the release, Yaiser was most recently vice president of corporate communications for the Rubicon Project. Kelman previously worked leading MediaMind's product and business development teams.
