Microsoft Claims U.S. Customs Not Following Trade Policy Against Google

Microsoft filed a lawsuit against Google accusing U.S. Customs of not following a trade agency order to block imports of Google phones, reports Bloomberg. The U.S. International Trade Commission issued an import ban in May 2012, after determining that Motorola Mobility devices infringed a Microsoft patent for calendar synchronization with other devices.
