Tapad, a cross-device marketing technology company, named Matthew Burgoon as vice president of operations handling all account operations for the company. He starts immediately and is based in New
York. Previously, he served as senior director of optimization management for data-valuation platform Genome from Yahoo. He had been Interclick's vice president of accounts prior to the Yahoo
acquisition. Prior to Interclick, Burgoon was a part of AOL’s original data targeting group and responsible for bringing demo targeting to the AIM Buddy List.
