R/GA Chicago hired Joe Scartz as managing director, client services. In this role, Scartz will lead the Capital One account and report to Jeff Brecker, vice president, managing director, R/GA Chicago.
Scartz joins R/GA from Digital BrandWorks, where he led a rebranding campaign that repositioned the company as a marketing services firm. Prior to that, Scartz spent eight years at Critical Mass where
he managed the Chicago office, growing revenue during his first year by 30%, and expanding the office to more than 175 people within his second year.
