DoubleClick: Consumers Buying Online From Catalogs

DoubleClick yesterday released the first installment of its Holiday 2004 Shopping Report--focusing on catalog and multi-channel purchase behavior--which reveals that 36 percent of catalog sales between Sept. 1 and Nov. 10 occurred online, up from 22 percent last year. For the report, DoubleClick looked at a subset of Abacus customers using ChannelView analytics.
