Network Changes: 'Ironside' Is Out, 'Brooklyn' Stays

Just a couple of weeks of the new season, and networks continue to be in the throes of making programming changes -- additions and deletions.

NBC's remake of “Ironside” has been cancelled after three episodes, as well as new NBC comedy “Welcome to the Family.” Both shows had recent poor ratings results of a Nielsen 1.2 rating among 18-49 viewers.

Fox will give a full season now to comedy “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” -- that’s another nine episodes, getting to 22 for the full season. Through five episodes, the show has been averaging 2.1 rating among adults 18-49 viewers. Its most recent episode recorded a 1.5/4.

CBS has also give full season order for its new comedies “Mom,” “The Millers” and “The Crazy Ones." Earlier, CBS cancelled the comedy “We Are Men.” Recent ratings for all shows posted decent and strong performance: “Millers” hit 3.2/9. “Crazy” scored a recent 2.4/7; and “Mom” scored a 2.0/5.

CW will continue with one of its perennial highly rated series, “America’s Next Top Model,” giving the reality modeling show a 21st edition.

Earlier, ABC gave a full season order to “Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” as well as canceling “Lucky 7” after two episodes. Also early on, NBC gave a full season to “The Blacklist” and Fox gave a full season for “Sleepy Hollow.&rdquo
