RPA hired three people in its creative department. Michael Takeshita joins as vice president, digital design director, Alex Goulart as associate creative director/copywriter and Joao Medeiros as
associate creative director/art director. Takeshita will manage the digital design group for all clients. Most recently, he worked at TBWA's Digital Arts Network and prior to that Deutsch LA, as the
digital lead on Volkswagen. Both Goulart and Medeiros join from TBWA\Chiat Day, where they were senior copywriter and senior art director on the Nissan account.
