Hulu is making free video clips available through its mobile site without requiring login. Previously, only PC users could access free content on the video site.

Selected by Hulu staff, the clips are meant to highlight the “best moments” on TV. The app opens on a “Trending Now” page that features segments from the previous night’s talks, including "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," as well as clips from shows like "The Voice," "The View" and "Dancing With The Stars."

Videos are otherwise organized by five different categories: trailers, comedy, news, celebrity and Latino, with more channels in the works. It also includes collections of clips from favorite shows on Hulu like Family Guy. And because the clips are offered free, they of come with pre-roll ads.

To watch full episodes, mobile users still have to buy a Hulu Plus subscription.
