In a move signaling consolidation within the burgeoning Internet video marketplace, Viewpoint Corp. Wednesday announced an agreement to acquire Unicast Communications for $7,375,000. The deal is
expected to close shortly after Dec. 31. Details of the consolidation were not disclosed in the announcement but the companies scheduled a conference call for Wednesday morning to brief investors and
the media.
