Matt MacDonald is joining BBDO as executive creative director on AT&T. He was most recently co-chief creative officer at JWT New York. In addition, Wil Boudreau, an executive creative director at
BBDO New York, will be relocating to BBDO Atlanta to become executive creative director of that agency. MacDonald brings more than 15 years’ experience to his new role, ten of which were spent
at JWT, New York and the last 18 months as its co-chief creative officer. While at JWT, MacDonald was behind “Welcome Bigwigs” for JetBlue, “The Magic of Macy’s” campaign
and “Yes, Virginia” animated Christmas special for Macy’s, and the “Nightlife Exchange” project for Diageo. MacDonald is scheduled to join the agency in January.
