L’Oréal USA named Digitas as its digital agency of record, responsible for digital media planning and buying for all of the company’s brands. Agiliti conducted the review, which began with six agencies that was narrowed down to three. Moxie Interactive previously handled the account. “As the company continues to aggressively grow its presence in the digital media landscape, it is important to partner with an agency that will continue to drive up our ROI for the business,” said Marc Speichert, Chief Marketing Officer, L’Oréal Americas. Labelium will continue to serve as L’Oréal USA’s search agency of record for SEO and SEM. L’Oréal spent $17 million on digital media last year, per Kantar Media.
