REVOLVING DOOR: Colle+McVoy Elevates Jim Silburn To President

Colle+McVoy promoted Jim Silburn to president of the agency, up from director of client services. He will continue to lead the agency’s strategic, digital, analytics, media and account management offering. Silburn will report to CEO, Christine Fruechte, who held the title of president for seven years and has been CEO for more than five years. Before joining Colle+McVoy, Silburn served as senior director of marketing, brand communication and value proposition at Capella Education Company. Prior to that, he worked at Fallon, Martin Williams and Carmichael Lynch, on brands such as Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, U.S. Bank, Purina Dog Chow & Puppy Chow, Lee Jeans, Sports Illustrated, Coca-Cola, and Rolling Stone.
