BIZ DEV: Olson Named AOR For Supercuts

Olson was named agency of record for Supercuts, following a review. The account was previously at DDB, which inherited it from Element 79, which held the business for more than a decade. Work will include a national broadcast and digital campaign, along with a social-media element. Supercuts is Olson’s sixth agency of record win since September 1, with Sharp Electronics, Commerce Bank, Guaranteed Rate, McDonald’s Twin Cities and Aurora Health Care among the others. Supercuts spent $7.9 million on measured media in 2012, according to Kantar Media.
