Yahoo is preparing to host a fire sale on some “premium” domain names, from cyberjokes.com (starting at $1,000) to av.com (starting at $1,000,000). As The Next Web surmises: “The
company has simply decided it wants a quick revenue bump as these domains have likely hit their peak in value, and Yahoo has no use for them anyway.”
