Guy Who Invents Doritos Locos Passes

Taco Bell has made a billion on it. But the guy who came up with the idea of turning Doritos into a taco shell, realized as the Doritos Locos Tacos, never made money on it. He just liked the idea and wanted to see how it tasted. Todd Mills, 41, died on Thanksgiving Day after battling brain cancer. Taco Bell called Mills a "true friend" of the company.
